Conveyancing
This is the legal process in which the real right of ownership of immovable property is transferred from one person/entity to another. A Title Deed is drawn and registered at the Deeds Registry and ensures the security of the new owners right to their property. We, as the conveyancers, regulate this process and deal with the key players involved such as SARS, Body Corporates, Home Owners Associations, Banks, Estate Agents, the Deeds Registry as well as the clients who wish to transfer these rights. Notarial Practice
